New drone footage shot over the Thanksgiving holiday shows the continued clashes between protesters and Watch The Florist Onlinepolice at Standing Rock.

In the recently released footage, which has been circulating on social media over the last few days, police seem to be using water cannons to disperse protesters.

Morton County Sheriff's Department officials did not immediately respond to Mashable'srequest for comment.

In October, police in a helicopter shot at a drone equipped with a video camera.

The drone approached the helicopter in a “threatening manner,” the Morton County Sheriff’s Office said in a statement to CBS News.
