Kanye West released his anticipated album Jesus Is King on Friday,Dear Utol (2025): Pa-Yummy si Ma'am Episode 37 and while the reception of the album itself has been generally positive, people have very strong feelings about the track "Closed on Sunday."

More specifically, fans cringed at the track's line, "Closed on Sunday, you're my Chick-fil-A/ You're my number one, with the lemonade."

While some were disappointed that the perfectionistic rapper allowed that calibre of lyricism onto the album, others were upset that Kanye shouted out such a publicly problematic company as Chick-fil-A, which infamously anti-LGBTQ rights.

Whether you love the album or hate it, it doesn't feel very 2019 to so emphatically endorse a company that so vehemently opposes LGBTQ rights.
