Rihanna became the first woman to appear on Watch Sex 2: Fate (1995)the Billboard's Hot 100 Top 5 in 12 weeks on Monday, for being a featured artist in DJ Khaled's "Wild Thoughts."

This complete lack of women dominating the charts has not occurred since 1972.
Seriously, what better way to break this dry spell than with a sultry, summer jam from the QUEEN of summer jams?
While it's awesome that RiRi was able to put an end to this boys' cub nonsense, this is still the longest period of time in 35 years that the Top 5 has not featured a solofemale artist.
