Would a new985 Archivesdesign and flavors like "Feisty Cherry" or "Twisted Mango" convince you to drink Diet Coke? The Coca-Cola Company sure hopes so.
The brand announced Wednesday that it's done a total design overhaul for the diet soda, featuring thinner cans and bright designs for its new flavor offerings. In addition to mango and cherry, the new line also includes "Zesty Blood Orange" and "Ginger Lime." Don't worry: The classic Diet Coke recipe will remain the same.

As for those fancy new cans, the announcement notes they're "the same shape and size DASANI Sparkling fans know and love," a design choice (we suspect) meant to position Diet Coke as a semi-healthy choice.
As the Coca-Cola Company reported in its latest quarterly earning report, the brand saw a "mid single-digit decline in Diet Coke."
In the redesign announcement posted to Coke's website on Wednesday, Rafael Acevedo, Coca-Cola North America’s group director for Diet Coke, lightly acknowledged the issue, and noted that they "believe" they "can continue to re-energize" the brand.
He said:
"While the low- and no-calorie beverage category has been under pressure, its performance has been improving recently, and Diet Coke remains an incredibly strong brand. Following the double-digit growth we’ve seen from Coke Zero Sugar since its introduction last fall and with this full Diet Coke brand relaunch, we believe we can continue to re-energize and strengthen our no-calorie business."
This is the second Diet Coke redesign in two years -- the Coca-Cola Company also changed up its branding back in 2016.
Per Wednesday's release, Diet Coke will debut its new flavors and latest can design in stores this month.
